  My mum had to go here for a blood test this morning and was treated awfully by a young lady who told her that she was too inexperienced to find mum's veins and that she had to drive to jindalee instead, but when mum said she didn't know how to get there and that driving to unknown places freaked her out, the lady said 'use your gps it's not my problem' so mum asked for her form back please and said she'd go somewhere else and the lady shoved the form back to her and said 'whatever'. Not good enough!
